We’ll put in place with You all the conditions that your Holidays meet your expectations.

The house is located in a village named Magny-lès-Jussey, in the Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, département de la Haute-Saône (70).
It is a charming farming village surrounded by forests, which are famous for the deer grunt. In Autumn, sometimes the grunt can be heard from the house.
We are open for you and your family in safety conditions.
This house, very cosy, was built around 1790 and has been recently renovated.
Amenities include wood and electric heating, fully equipped kitchen , free wi-fi, a garden and a henhouse and new an electrical outlet for charging an electric car
The van of the bakery is stopping , every morning at 10 am just in front of the house.
You can access the vegetable garden of the landlords during Summer so you can consume fresh vegetables that you will have harvested yourself.

| from 08th April to 30 th September included = 600 euros / week (Saturday to Saturday) from 23th December 2023 to 6th January 2024 =600 euros/week or 1000 euros if you reserved the two weeks +60 euros for cleaning costs If you want to book more than a week you can organize your dates |

| 1)We are so Happy to meet you again. If you reserve directly on our site You benefit from 10% discount for your second stay and 15% discount for your third stay 2)Healing and water are to be paid in addition. A reading of the meters is carried out on your arrival and on your departure. You only pay for what you use. |

When you arrive at the cottage, the balance of the stay and a deposit of 200 € could be required. The deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure.
When you leave, you are asked to return the place to the state of cleanliness in which you found it.
